Described at BBC Radio 2 as an artist who ‘makes you think afresh’, Mark Harrison is a totally original songwriter, a stunning guitarist, and a master storyteller. His highly individual music takes him to some of the top venues and festivals in the UK, attracting acclaim wherever he goes.
Mark’s live shows are well-known not only for the music but also for his introductions to the songs, delivered in a manner often described as ‘wry’ and ‘dry’. With a very distinctive guitar style, he takes elements of folk and blues to create something new that is very much his own genre. Constantly touring and multi-awards-nominated, he is widely considered one of the top artists in UK roots music.

aking influences from singer songwriters, anthemic stadium bands and cinematic soundscapes, Tim delivers delicate and intimate songs which draw you in and take you along with him. With the solid foundation of Ben's percussive drums, coupled with the rich melodies and orchestral tones of Mikey's fretless bass, Tim delivers disarmingly honest lyrics and melodies over acoustic guitars, strings, and atmospheric vocal layers.

Since April 4th 2022 101 has been under new and improved ownership with a new team, taking 101 forward into the 21st century to bring you more music and many years of happy digging. 101 stocks new, reissued and second-hand vinyl as well as CDs in most genres. We also stock a growing selection of Music DVDs/Blu Rays, t shirts, and other band merch.
