Each year we open our gallery to public submissions - a truly Open Exhibition...open to all!
Whether you are an amateur, an experienced professional, or you attend one of our classes from pottery to experimental drawing, you are welcome to submit your work FREE of charge..

Dates for your diary:
Friday 25 - Saturday 26 October || Artwork Drop Off (10am - 5pm) to West End Centre, Queens Rd, Aldershot, GU11 3JD
Note: you will be asked to fill in forms on the day that you drop off your work, so all you need to do in the lead up is get creative!
Monday 4 November - Friday 13 December || Exhibition Open
(Private view Monday 4 November, 7pm – 9pm...family and friends are welcome to attend - the bar will be open!)
Tuesday 17 - Friday 20 December || Artwork collection
How many pieces can I submit?
You can submit up to 2 pieces in any medium
How much does it cost?
It's FREE to enter!
How should I present my work?
Must be ready for hanging/display. If framed it must be fitted with mirror plates (see below) - clip frames are not acceptable
What happens if my work is sold?
We charge 20% commission on sold artwork. You will need to invoice for the balance
Is my work insured?
No, all artwork is displayed at the owners risk – please arrange your own insurance if required
Does everything get to be included?
We do try and include all work submitted but we reserve the right to decide what is included and what cannot be included. For example, we will not include artwork presented using an unsuitable hanging method. We have limited space for 3D work so cannot accept large pieces.
