The Cinelli Brothers is a project born out of a common passion for the electric Chicago and Texas blues from the 60s and 70s, when brothers Marco (guitarist and lead singer) and Alessandro (drummer) decided to form an explosive team showcasing original repertoire in the style of Chess, Stax and Motown.
Joining the two brothers on stage, Tom Julian-Jones on harmonica, guitar and vocals and Stephen Giry on bass, guitar and vocals.
Brave Rival
Brave Rival are the South East’s rip-roaring rock and blues Machine. Hailing from Portsmouth, the UK Blues Award Nominated band features the powerful and beautiful twin vocals of Chloe Josephine and Lindsey Bonnick. On lead guitar, providing dramatic guitar solos and crunching rock riffs is Ed “The Shred” Clarke, and holding it all together is the rhythmic backbone, the self-proclaimed engine room of Billy Dedman (bass) and Donna Peters (drums).
Drawing influence from the likes of John Mayer, Aretha Franklin, Heart, Fleetwood Mac, Led Zeppelin and Tedeschi Trucks, Brave Rival offer a style and sound that you’ve always known, and yet never heard before.
The Ciderhouse Rebellion with Kirsty Merryn
Between stories of wreckers and smugglers, midwives and hedge-witches, snake-catchers and nightmen, the new trio Cider With Kirsty reveal the hidden lives that were the historic heartbeat of the country. Originally meeting through folk legends Show Of Hands, The Ciderhouse Rebellion found that their create seascapes and laments, prayers and evocations danced perfectly with Merryn’s poignant and angelic vocals. Their prolific original songwriting led to an incredible album The Devil’s On The Mast (due for release in May of this year) recorded over a winter’s week in the depths of the Yorkshire moors.
The Ciderhouse Rebellion have cooked up a bit of a storm in just three years with five albums, multiple FATEA awards and sensational live sets across the country - including at The Manchester Folk Festival. Known for creating music through improvisation and instinct, honed over years of working at the highest level and a lifetime of musical study, they continue to produce prolifically and keep audiences enthralled and fully engaged. Meanwhile, the huge talent of Kirsty Merryn - celebrated for many years as a solo performer and songwriter (‘her voice a treat for the soul’ - The Guardian ☆☆☆☆), brought her own virtuoso skills and experience to the project. The end result is a dynamic, enrapturing set of uniquely magical songs.

Having already put on such amazing bands and artists as Carter USM, Biffy Clyro, Buzzcocks, The Bouncing Souls, Snuff, My Life Story, Art Brut, Hugh Cornwell, and many more under our previous name of Cherrysoda (and before that The Shed) returned in 2015 after a long lay off! Our aim is to give you more fab gigs to go to, as well as nurturing local talent

Jasta 11 is putting on live music at Guildford's The Star Inn , Aldershot's West End Centre and other venues in the Hampshire/Surrey border area. Alternative/punk/rock/metal/indie is our genres of choice, so keep an eye on our website, facebook page and Twitter feed for what's coming up.
The Games Shop
We are Aldershot's only dedicated, specialist games shop. Whether you are looking for a small pocket game to keep the kids entertained on a long journey, an epic strategy game to occupy an entire weekend with your closest friends, or simply a classic board game as a gift to yourself, or to your friends, we have them all. 101 is an independent record shop that has been an ever-present Farnham staple for the past 30 years. Since April 4th 2022 101 has been under new and improved ownership with a new team, taking 101 forward into the 21st century to bring you more music and many years of happy digging.
101 stocks new, reissued and second-hand vinyl as well as CDs in most genres. We also stock a growing selection of Music DVDs/Blu Rays, t shirts, and other band merch.
101 has participated in Record Store Day every year since 2009 and has a great and growing selection in rock, metal, soundtracks, hip hop/rap, indie, jazz, blues, soul, reggae, world music and more!
