Design and make your own silver jewellery item to wear at home or give as a gift. We will start with some supplied templates (simple pendants or rings) but you can then adapt and personalise your piece your own way. You will be introduced to 'piercing' (sawing) and 'soldering', the two must-haves for the creation of jewellery.
Tutor Alex Twin will help you build on the skills you learn over the day covering shaping, filing, texturing and finishing your pieces to a lovely polished shine. A set amount of Silver is supplied with the cost of the course.
This is a wonderful introduction to jewellery making. It is a wonderful feeling to say I made this!
