This seated dance and exercise class is a full body workout to improve coordination, strength and mobility. A great workout for the entire body. Exploring seated dances and exercises to improve upper and lower body strength, core strength and balance. Seated exercise is a great workout and suitable for Seniors or any age where they will feel more confident participating in a seated class.
What you need: Participants should wear comfortable clothes they can move in and bring a water bottle.
