Join us for meditation workshops that welcome participants of any experience level, emphasizing practical relaxation techniques and a fusion of mindfulness and dynamic meditation practices.

Guided by Maria Soriano, a trauma-informed practitioner with a rich background in Arts for Health and mindfulness training. Our sessions aim to alleviate stress, foster nervous system equilibrium, improve focus, and cultivate self-awareness.

Tutor:  Maria Soriano 
Trained as a classical singer and founder of Singing4Health CIC, Maria specializes in Singing for Health and Wellbeing. 
Maria has led singing groups since 1997, delivered training sessions for music teachers both in Spain and the UK, and collaborated with Heritage2Health at Kingston University Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education. 
Maria is an Member of Natural Voice Network, the Royal Society for Public Health, and has been the lead advisor for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea “Sing to Live, Live to Sing” programme, and has delivered singing sessions for a variety of organisations people such as Refugee Action Kingston, The Fircroft Trust, Age UK, Winchester City Council, Kent and Medway NHS Integrated Care Board, Kingston Mind and the Bloomsbury Clinic Patients Network, amongst others.

Tickets: £9 / £8.10 concessions per session
