Join us for this immersive meditation session designed to align with the changing seasons. The session will introduce a collection of breathing techniques and guided meditations, helping you find balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.

The Mother Line

This session invites us to connect with the lineage of women who came before us. We will settle in with the breath and then turn our attention toward our Mother Line: mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and those whose names don’t know. We will meditate on how we position ourselves with regards to that lineage, recognising the gifts, and also choosing what is it that truly serves us today. Regardless of gender, we all come from a line of women, so everybody is welcomed. During International Women's Day week, we get together to acknowledge the thousands who came before us, and their stories.

What to bring: Please bring a blanket for your comfort.
