All aspects of ceramic work are covered in these classes and you will have the opportunity to begin with the fundamentals of hand-building. There are also sessions using the potters’ wheel so that functional pottery can be made.

Studio facilities at West End Centre are well equipped, and you can choose from a wide range of glazes and learn how to use the potters' wheel.

The courses are run with flexibility so that you can pursue your own goals if you wish, allowing you to express your own creativity as well as be supported in tutor-led projects. The techniques presented will be both sculptural and functional. Fun, relaxing, friendly class for all levels - discover new talents and abilities!
