During this introductory session, you will try some yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretches to lengthen and also relax the body, and a guided relaxation with blankets and eye pillows.
As this is for complete beginners, no prior knowledge of yoga or any exercise is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
