Our popular monthly sewing session uses our own Janome sewing machines in the creative studio on a Thursday morning once a month.
Enjoy having some time to yourself with this opportunity to relax, have a catch-up over a cuppa and work on your own projects with technical support and advice from Westy tutor Ginny Farquhar.
What you need: Please bring your own project to work on. Sewing machines are available to use.

Ginny is an experienced community craft and sewing tutor. She is inspired by nature and adopts many sustainable art practices in her work, from using plant dyes and inks to upcycling paper for collages and jewellery. She believes in the therapeutic power of making and believes we are all creative!

This class is a drop-in once-a-month session. Bookings in advance are encouraged to help us know numbers in advance, though you are welcome to turn up on the day.
