Get clarity and focus in your life by learning how to practise meditation.
Students will be introduced to the basic principles of mindfulness meditation with a chance to ask questions. Then, they will be guided through two meditations, one seated and one lying down. There will also be opportunity for feedback. We suggest you wear warm comfortable clothing, bring something to lie on (roll mats, cushions) and a blanket.
