JEKYLL WOOD is a guitarist and singer-songwriter. Behind an ordinary appearance, alone on stage with its guitars and sound travel machines, hides a much more complex reality...
His guitar quickly transforms into a multifunctional hybrid instrument, making him a prodigious human Swiss Army knife that composes, plays and loops guitars, drums, basses, keyboards, beatbox, backing vocals and lead vocals in real-time.
He is sometimes Mr Wood, an acoustic songwriter dandy way with electro-folk melodies, and sometimes Mr Jekyll, a follower of more chill-rock atmospheres.
After years spent at the Conservatory of Poitiers studying guitar and contemporary music, JEKYLL WOOD comes out of the shadows in 2012 with a 1st EP "Only Son" then a double CD / DVD "Not that only son" in 2014,
accompanied by the Time Is Out Label.
