Get your heckling game on and join us in November for a cracking comedy line up...

Nathan Caton

Nathan Caton’s charismatic and laid back style of stand-up has seen him quickly establish himself on the comedy circuit. Regarded as one of the best young comics in the UK, Nathan’s award winning combination of personal and topical anecdotes has led to appearances on BBC One’s Live at the Apollo, BBC Two’s Mock The Week, Channel 4’s Comedy Gala, The Superhuman Show, It Was Alright in The 70’s, BBC Three’s Russell Howard’s Good News, BBC Radio 4’s Now Show, News Quiz, BT Sport’s The Football’s On, and his hit BBC Radio 4 sitcom Can’t Tell Nathan Caton Nothing, as well as his ever growing podcast, Nathan Canton’s Football Forum. Nathan’s new series Gran Jury is currently available on BBC Three.

“A comic well worth catching any chance you can” - One4review

“More than material, presentation is Caton’s strongest suit and he’s confident, charismatic and upbeat” - Chortle

David Whitney

Born in Aberdeen to a military family, David Whitney went to a military school where he learnt the bagpipes and ironically an English accent. The plan was to join the British Army until the last minute when he chickened out and minced off to drama school instead. After an impressive acting career David changed direction and after telling a string of lies to impress an agent, he found himself performing his very first stand-up comedy gig at the Friars Club in Beverly Hills. He’s never looked back and now regularly plays some of the biggest clubs in the country.

“David Whitney doesn’t do bog-standard knob jokes. His are so good, you’d tell them to your own mother” - Broadway Baby

“I call Whitney ‘The Wit’. You can’t stop him; you can only hope to contain him” - Reginald D. Hunter

Roger Monkhouse

Roger Monkhouse is one of the most original and distinctive acts on the comedy scene. A consummate stand-up who exerts a masterful control over any audience. A highly original and quirky performer, his trademark stage-prowling style and curious, inimitable manner have established him as one of the hottest names on the comedy circuit. Supremely confident, with audience banter down to an art form, he’s happy to improvise freely but has no shortage of first class material in his armoury. One of the regular writers on Channel 4’s hugely popular comedy panel show 8 Out of 10 Cats. With other television credits including appearances on The Comedy Store and The World Stands Up.

“Unfailingly entertaining – a gifted natural” – Chortle
