Join meditator and artist Barbara Touati-Evans for a family meditation session. We will start with a few warm up games to focus our senses, followed by one short seated meditation and one lying down. Children and family will be encouraged to provide feedback at the end. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for each person. Meditation is good for everyone including children. It helps with focus, sleep, learning and general enjoyment of life. Meditation is a lovely thing to do as a family. For children aged 7 and over, plus their families!
What you need: We ask that all class and workshop participants over the age of 11 wear face coverings. Children will need to be accompanied by at least one adult.
Please note that children (18 and under) can only book on to one regular class per term, however you are able to book your child onto relevant one-off workshop's in the same term.
