Do you want some time out for yourself to learn to meditate and explore creative possibilities in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere?
The session will start with an introduction to meditation, followed by a short meditation practice with feedback. You will then use paint, collage and pastels to make and explore spaces used in meditation such as rivers and forests. The final part of the session will involve a longer meditation using the image created.
