Join the retro workout revolution with these authentic 1980s aerobics classes, a radically fun way to get your heart-rate racing, your body moving and have a whole heap of fun to the best music around, proving that getting strong doesn't have to be a hardship!

Solid Gold Fitness are inspired by the greats of retro workouts, Jane Fonda, Richard Simmons, Tony Britts et al creating the vibe, the colour and sweat of a good old fashioned aerobics class. You'll grapevine, squat, hip thrust and flex your way through the hour, the perfect toning and sculpting class with no egos, just synthesisers, spandex and smiles!

Suitable for all abilities, Lena will offer modifications for all levels. Wearing Lycra is not mandatory! Please dress in your fave comfortable exercise fits and sneakers.

What to bring: A workout mat or towel + Water

"Solid Gold Fitness is a sure fire way of raising your serotonin levels alongside your heart rate! Fun, fast paced but completely unintimidating, I thoroughly recommend this joyous, inclusive work out. Lena is warm, funny and so inspiring. Love it!"
