About us
How to book
In advance, we can take telephone bookings by credit/debit card, or in person by credit/debit card, cash or cheque. Please note we make a small 50p charge for credit/debit cards bookings but will post the tickets to you for free if requested. Our box office is open from 10am–9pm Monday to Friday, answer-phone at other times. Closed on Sundays except on event nights.
Concessions
We offer concessionary tickets for many events. Unless otherwise stated, concessions are available to children under 16, those in full-time education and those in receipt of state benefit including pensioners. Proof of entitlement may be asked for.
Group discounts
We offer a group discount for most of our shows. Buy 10 tickets and you get the eleventh free. Why not get together with friends and make a night of it?
Access
We welcome disabled visitors. There is level access to the theatre, bar, gallery and workshop areas. We have spaces allocated for wheelchair users who wish to come to the theatre independently and there are free seats available for a companion at seated events. We have an accessible lavatory. We are a 10 minute walk from Aldershot train station. Local buses call nearby. (Bus numbers 4, 4A, 5, 5A).
Free Car Park
The West End Centre has a free car park for patrons, situated behind the building. Access is via William Farthing Close, left off Queens Road just before you reach the building.
